Sione Crawford has been working in community-based organisations focused on hepatitis C prevention, testing and treatment for marginalised populations – especially people who inject drugs - for many years. He has lived experience related to this work and has spoken, written and presented in a variety of forums. He has also held leadership positions in a number of peer-based organisations. Sione is currently the CEO of Harm Reduction Victoria: the organisation representing people who use drugs in Victoria, Australia. HRVic works with their community to ensure access to health care and human rights for people who use drugs.
